About the Role
We are currently working with a leading national housebuilder who are looking to recruit an HA Manager to join their team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable developer, managing relationships with Housing Associations and overseeing the smooth delivery and handover of affordable homes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and Housing Associations throughout each project.
Support the Land and Partnership teams with securing HA offers and progressing contracts and legal documentation.
Oversee pre-handover activities, including site meetings, specification checks, and plot inspections.
Coordinate handover documentation, keys, and meter readings to ensure compliance with HA requirements.
Manage post-handover processes such as snag resolution, COINS logging, and end-of-defects inspections.
Maintain accurate trackers and records, providing regular updates to the wider business.
Requirements
Experience working with a housebuilder or Housing Association.
Strong understanding of affordable housing contracts, compliance, and handover procedures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
Detail-focused and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using COINS or similar systems is advantageous.
