Adam originally joined us on an apprenticeship , and has since been promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Adam has a passion for sales and football which ticks a lot of boxes here at CR3! Adam specialises in white collar recruitment, placing candidates across the construction and technology sectors.
With a genuine desire to help others succeed, he is dedicated to providing a 5-star service to clients and candidates alike.

Charlotte Barrow
Charlotte is the Operations Manager at CR3 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. With a strong background in administration, compliance and business operations, Charlotte plays a vital role in supporting both our team and our clients.
She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards and continually improving processes to ensure CR3 provides a seamless recruitment experience. Charlotte's attention to detail, organisational skills and approachable nature make her an integral part of the CR3 team.
Sales and Marketing Assistant
Freya Riches
Freya joined CR3 as our Sales & Marketing Assistant and plays an important role in supporting the growth of the business. With a passion for communication and building relationships, Freya works across social media, marketing campaigns and business development, while also supporting our consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Her creativity, organisation and positive attitude help ensure CR3 continues to build a strong presence within the recruitment industry. Freya is committed to delivering a professional service and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates at every stage of their journey.
Junior Account Manager
Daisy Bowers-Goodman
Daisy joined CR3 as our Junior Account Manager, where she manages our placements across the Technology sector, alongside completing her apprenticeship in recruitment. With a passion for IT, Daisy will build upon her knowledge as she develops her specialism as a tech recruiter and creates relationships with clients and candidates.
Her enthusiasm, committment and positive approach make her a great addition to the CR3 team, where she will grow alongside the business.
Receptionist & HR Manager
Tommy
Tommy has been with CR3 since it was established in 2023 and has since become a key member of the team. His role includes greeting new people, showing them around the office and making sure everyone, from staff to clients, are looked after.
Outside of the office, Tommy enjoys chasing cats and meeting up with friends. His positivity and ability to make everyone feel welcome make him vital to the team.
