Adam originally joined us on an apprenticeship as he looked to enter the world of recruitment and business, and has since been promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Adam has a passion for sales and football which ticks a lot of boxes here at CR3! Adam specialises in white collar recruitment, placing candidates across the construction and technology sectors.
With a genuine desire to help others succeed, he is dedicated to providing a 5-star service to clients and candidates alike.

Charlotte is the Operations Manager at CR3 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Freya joined CR3 as our Sales & Marketing Assistant and plays an important role in supporting the growth of the business.
