About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for a creative set building company based just outside Chelmsford. They’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join their growing team and play a key role behind the scenes of major events, brand activations, fashion shows, and film premieres.

The Role:
Support Project Managers with the delivery of large-scale set builds and installations
Assist with purchasing, sourcing, and preparing materials
Help with day-to-day administration, logistics, and project coordination
Gain hands-on experience across all stages of the build process
Requirements
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Good communication and organisational skills
A desire to learn and grow within a creative, hands-on environment
