About the Role
We are currently representing a leading workplace interiors and architectural solutions business, renowned for delivering innovative workspace products to commercial clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their showroom team based near Farringdon.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process for the company's specialist TechWall product range, providing technical and administrative support from initial enquiry through to project completion. This role requires strong AutoCAD skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Team throughout all stages of the sales process, from initial enquiry through to order completion and installation.
Produce and amend AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical documentation to support customer requirements and project delivery.
Develop a thorough understanding of the TechWall product range and provide technical guidance to clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and design briefs, ensuring all project details are accurately captured and communicated.
Assist with the preparation of client presentations, design proposals, and product mock-ups.
Coordinate the production, supply, and installation of mock-ups and demonstration areas, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
Manage customer enquiries and provide ongoing project updates, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout.
Conduct occasional site visits to client locations and dealer showrooms to support project discussions, training, surveys, and post-installation reviews.
Process customer orders accurately within internal systems and coordinate with manufacturing partners and third-party suppliers.
Raise purchase orders, track acknowledgements, and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate project records, ensuring all drawings, specifications, addresses, and delivery dates are kept up to date.
Issue order confirmations and proactively communicate any amendments or changes to customers.
Provide general administrative and technical support to the wider sales team.
Requirements
Previous experience within a sales support, project support, technical support, or design coordination role.
AutoCAD experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience within commercial interiors, furniture, workplace design, fit-out, architectural products, or related sectors would be advantageous.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop technical product knowledge.
