As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical delivery of their residential projects.
About the Role:
As Technical Manager, you will lead the technical function across multiple projects, ensuring high standards of design, construction quality, and compliance. You will work closely with site teams, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, implement best practices, and ensure projects meet both regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior technical role within residential construction or social housing
Strong understanding of construction methods, design, and building regulations
Experience managing technical teams and providing guidance to project delivery teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with construction software, CAD, and Microsoft Office applications
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS, or similar) desirable
Proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
